What types of damage can you repair?

Scratches, tears, creases, fading, water damage, mould spots, missing corners and discolouration. If a photo has sentimental value but looks beyond saving, send it anyway — we restore prints others give up on.

How long does restoration take?

Most photos are returned within 24 hours. Heavily damaged images or large batches may take a little longer. We will always let you know if a job needs extra time.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

JPEG, PNG, TIFF and HEIC. For the best result, send the highest-resolution file you have — a 600 DPI scan is ideal. See our How to page for capture tips.

Do I need the original print, or can I send a digital copy?

Accepted Answer

A digital copy is all we need. You keep your originals safe at home — just upload a scan or a well-lit photograph of each print.

What resolution will my restored photos be?

Accepted Answer

We deliver high-resolution files suitable for printing at standard frame sizes. Our HD packages upscale lower-resolution originals so they look crisp at larger sizes too.

Can you add colour to black-and-white photos?

Yes. Colourisation is included in our colour packages and is done with care to keep skin tones, clothing and surroundings looking natural and period-appropriate.

What if I am not happy with the result?

We offer one round of revisions free of charge. Tell us what you would like adjusted and we will refine the restoration until you are happy with it.

Is my photo safe and kept private?

Your photos are private. We never share, sell or use them for any purpose other than completing your restoration. Files are transferred over an encrypted connection.

How long do you keep my files?

We keep your originals and restorations for 30 days after delivery so you can re-download if needed, then they are permanently deleted from our systems.
